Orders will be delivered after transaction has been received. Every order to Finland will be shipped freight free to the nearest post office or Matkahuolto office. We use UPS, DHL, GLS and Finnish post to deliver our products to customers outside of Finland.
Returning of faulty product
Every return has to be negotiated beforehand with salesman. Complaint time is 14 days after receiving product. You can contact us from number (06) 434 0135. Faulty product(s) will be exchanged to new one(s). Salesman does not compensate for any expenses unless agreed beforehand. Salesman will not redeem cash-on-delivery returns.
Broken products during delivery
Unfortunately sometimes the package will get damaged during the delivery. It is always good idea to check and confirm package for any possible damages that might have been caused during delivery.
If the package has been damaged during the delivery, you should IMMEDIATELY make complaint to your post office. You should also contact salesman and negotiate on delivery of new product(s).
Returning of product
Every product has 14 day returning right for unopened packages. We will refund the price of the product upon arrival and after inspection of the product. We do not reimburse the shipping cost of the returned product.
