The Poromiehen Leuku is a tool for hard work. It's big and heavy, therefore suitable for clearing woods and making firewood rather than for whittling. The handle is oiled curly birch, the blade is black carbon steel. The blade is 18.5cm long and the full length of the knife is 30cm. The carbon steel blade requires some oil after use. The sheath is either light or dark coloured leather with Sami style stampings.
