“Game” table cloth is half linen and half cotton with a natural pattern. It is our knife factory’s own model and it is made by Jokipiin Pellava Oy from Jalasjärvi. “Kokkipojat”, The Cook boys, kitchen knives, carving knife and bread knife, are a part of our knife factory’s traditional collection from the 1950s.
The beautiful lingonberry red linen tablecloth is good for party, Christmas table or to brighten everyday setting. Linen-cotton tablecloth takes on years and washing well, staying in shape. “Kokkipojat”, the Cook boys, knife pair transforms easily from kitchen to dinner table; carving knife cutting roast and bread knife placed into breadbasket.
The villagers and boys were amazed and in awe when a huge oddity rolled down the road in September, 1922. Alfred Kosola’s horses had to tax their strength when drawing a sleigh with an indenting hammer of 5.000 kilograms, along the snowless road to the Järvenpää’s factory. The cubs’ imagination really took over, when they began to hear a constant pounding from the factory. It was like an iron giant’s sledgehammer banging.
